Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email address / phone number used when placing your order.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email / sms for your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
- Copy the tracking number from your email.
- Visit the courier guy website and enter your tracking number.
- Follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.

PUDO Delivery Updates
Once your order has been shipped, PUDO will send you SMS updates regarding your parcel.
You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection, along with the relevant collection information.
Please make sure you collect your order within the collection period provided by PUDO.
If your order is not collected within the required collection period, it will be sent to The Courier Guy depot and to get the parcel sent back to the locker for a new collection it will require a new delivery fee so please collect your parcel within the collection time provided by PUDO.
Please make sure you provide us with the correct locker address , correct phone number and email address when checking out.
